Services

Below is a list of services that Pay Yourself First Fitness offers, choose the best service option that meet your interest need.

Personal Training 

You will learn the fundamentals of each exercise and receive a designed workout to help you achieve your personal fitness goals.  Training will incorporate functional moves, weight training, and HIIT movements.  Sessions can  be done in a group setting as well as individual sessions, and are 50 minutes.

Semi-Private Training 

2 Individuals: You will learn the fundamentals of each exercise and receive a designed workout to help you achieve your personal fitness goals.  Training will incorporate functional moves, weight training, and HIIT movements.  Sessions are 50 minutes.

Group Training 

3 or more Individuals: You will learn the fundamentals of each exercise and receive a designed workout to help you achieve your personal fitness goals.  Training will incorporate functional moves, weight training, and HIIT movements.  Sessions are 50 minutes.

Virtual Training 

This training session is designed to help you reach your fitness goals from any location and in the privacy of your own space.  Virtual sessions will occur via zoom where each exercise is demonstrated and you follow along with your fitness coach.
